I'm about to dip my toe in the Reglan waters for the first time. What
protocol do you use? 10 mg tid? How long do you continue if there doesn't
seem to be an effect? When would you increase from 30 mg/day to, say 45?
How and when do you taper off if it *does* work?
I'm asking on behalf of the mother of a 2 month old who has been able to
maintain his growth only with 4-6 oz/day of donor milk... and at that, he's
just staying on the bottom edge of the chart. Possible complicating
factors: she's had well-controlled Type 1 diabetes for years, and she lost
a greater than average amount of blood at the birth.
