She would do well to eliminate *all* dairy products. "Lactose intolerant"
is a diagnosis that is more acceptable than dairy allergy, but bovine
protein is the most common cause of eczema.
That is all that I would change at this time. She will need to read labels
for any trace of cow's milk. Also, many people who are sensitive to the
cow's milk protein are also sensitive to beef, with its bovine protein. But
she can begin with the milk products.
I have had several clients who needed to eliminate beef from their diets
before their babies were free of symptoms.
