I have worked with many, many, perhaps hundreds of mothers of
twins/triplets and in all that time have had only one mom who truly was
unable to make enough for her twins, but went on to have plenty for her
next baby, a singleton.  If I had been aware of domperidone when I
worked with her, perhaps even she might have made it 100%  (she had
invitro with her first 3, number four was a surprise!)

Hey, I wonder if lactation can "cure" infertility the way pregnancy
"cures" endometriosis? :)
