I am working with a mom who is experiencing difficulties that suggest tongue tie, I.e. difficulty latching (mom must continually check baby's latch), baby seems constantly hungry despite long frequent feeds, slow weight gain (mom's supply seems to be OK), baby is satisfied after having a bottle.  I have searched and not found any definitive descriptions of what constitutes a marginal type of tongue tie.  I need criteria for assessing this baby's tongue.  Thank you.
