Terriann, when I was writing an article a couple of years ago and needed this
info I just called up the Ross Labs 800 number out of directory information,
and kept telling everyone I got on the line "I am a journalist (which was
stretching it a little) and would like a copy of the most recent RLMS data."
I had to bump through a few departments that didn't know what I was talking
about, but eventually they sent it to me in the mail a week or so later.
