It is great to hear of a practice where everyone can produce enough milk, but
that is not true for me in my practice. It makes one question why the
difference. Do I see a different group of women? How do people come to this
practice? I see everyone who delivers a baby at my hospital and is
breastfeeding. Anyway, when women use Reglan, I do not see a significant
increase in milk over the other things we have done. Dr. Newman says
Domperidone is a better drug and as I am reading about it, I wonder if it is
available in the US now.
Thanks,
