All of us except the spammers from Southwest Technologies who
have been lurking on here and sending us email directly about
their "new product for the breastfeeding mother with
sore,cracked nipples".  According to them, in response to my
saying it would have to be pretty good to be better than Lansinoh
or breastmilk:

"It was a long time before many had TV's.
Many still don't have microwave ovens.
Still most don't have the internet and e-mail and many never will.
Some will still use Lansinoh and breastmilk."
