I'm with Pat.  I'd suggest this lady see a breast surgeon.  I don't see how
an effective mammogram of this region could be done.  No mammo I've ever had
would have given a good view of axillary nodes.  An ultrasound would be a
good option.  Could be that she has accessory breast tissue in this region
which is atrophying, or infected hair folicles or something, but prudence
dictates that swollen nodes be explained.
