I feel strongly about this, so I went to the Post's copyright notice.
It's clear that copying an article from the Post's site onto an
electronic mailing list is forbidden. Their copyright notice says:

The article was copied from the Post's web site onto Lactnet, i.e.,
distributed over a network. This is forbidden.
