Amen to all of that Barbara!  I don't mind doing it for people who are
isolated or live far from Univ resources etc.  And I really agree that we
shouldn't wear Tom out asking for things he has already said in print!!
OTOH I realize some people can do e-mail, but can't go on-line to search.
