Subject: RE lactation in ivf mothers

I am a practising midwife, and we are haing increasing numbers of mothers delivering in our unit who have conceived through fertility programmes. At present with quite alot of them we don't seem to be having alot of success with their lactation and breastfeeding. Does anyone else have this problem? If so do you have any solutions? I find it very distresing that htese most wanted babies are not being breast fed.
Thanks for any help.
