Hi all,
I have begun working with a mom who is trying to induce lactation after successfully breastfeeding nine years ago. She has had a hysterectomy but the ovaries are intact. A surrogate is carrying a baby for her and is due in April. She has been pumping several times per day with the Medela Classic and had started to get a "few" drop of milk. She has also started taking Zyban in an effort to stop smoking and says that the "few" drops of milk have stopped all together. Anyone with any information on this? Any other suggestions on how I can help her?
Thanx,
Mary Kandell, RNC,CLC
