A colleague wants me to ask if there is any research or information showing
that increased LC staff availability has increased revenue and/or
"popularity" of a hospital.

Her hospital has 1 full time and 1 part time LC and they need many more,
but are going for 1 more full time. She wants to give evidence, if there is
any, of improved image leading to increased population--hence increased
revenue.

You get the picture, I'm sure.

Is there anything in the literature about this? Please let me know as soon
as you can, as they are presenting early next week.

Thanks,

Pat Gima, IBCLC
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
