They have asked my to submit a proposal with itemization of services offered.
 They already have lactation services available.  Unfortunately,  the
lactation specialists, often have their hands tied because they cannot weight
the babies or RX meds.  I am trying to get onto the provider list because
then they could refer to me for moms/babes with medical complications or  for
those that need meds such as reglan etc.
I was going to refer to the AAP guidelines when appropriate.

Has anyone done this?  And if so, were you successful?  What do you attribute
