All of my hives tested positive for mites 1-10 per ether roll. I treated in feb. and will check the mite concentration this next week. I did not loose any hives to mites over the winter, so I guess most beekeepers have learned to cope. P.S.: Cope could also mean get out of the business of beekeeping.
