Bees in the rain:

Apis florea nests are attached to a wide variety of plants, and partially exposed to
sunlight, wind and rain, and often have one surface of the comb exposed to direct
sunlight for several hours a day. A. florea and A. andreniformis usually build single comb
nests in shrubs, bushes, and small trees, but double-comb nests have occasionally
been reported for A. florea. A. florea are very adaptable and seem to find suitable nesting
sites under extremely varied conditions
