I worked in a "dry room" where lithium was being proccessed for making Lithium Ion cell phone 
batteries (Lithium reacts violently with water) . Humidity levels were in the range you described. 

This was a large Fortune 500 company that had an in-house Occupational Safety Group so most 
hazrds were well documented and mitigated. Anyhow the only precaution was wearing a cloth face 
mask to minimize the dehydration. I believe the reccomendation was 8 hours a day was max to 
spend in that room.
