The US regulations remain unchanged from what they were long
before that uncharacteristic example of poor Canadian marksmanship
(apparently, a  self-inflicted shotgun wound to the foot), so the
same exact paperwork would be required to "import" the queens from
Canada to the USA.

Don't ask me which forms, who to send them to, or who to call, all
I know is that the USDA department that claims authority over such
things is named "APHIS", and their bee regs are older than most all
of the subscribers to this mailing list.
