Lesson learned on my end. With screened bottom boards, make sure you do a better job sealing the hive up before, during, and after vaporization.

Great info,  do you see any other advantage/disavatage from screedned?  And what zone are you in?

 Here in central il,  I seem to have brood problems with screens.   Queens keep moving up and away from tehj screen except in mid summer.
