All car and Heavy truck MFG has been metric since mid/early 90's    
Ag all switched also.   About the same time?  Case was fully switched by 96,  not sure when Deere finished.   CAT started much earlier,  but was not quite done on chassis until into 2005 ish. Not sure about Kinze,  

You would be hard pressed to find a serious us MFG that still uses SAE fastners.   Steel industry is still on fractions
