Charles do you know of cases where Apivar has failed and is known and proven? I have had a case where this maybe the case here and want to generate as much information on the failure as possible.

Afraid not,  not a query I have asked or pursued,  just acknowledging the potential.  I do know a couple of package producers who do use Apivar.
I would suspect poor storage,  but in the vide he mentions contact but mites didn't die.    I am not a Apivar specialist,  and am poorly quilified to reply,  but as  I understand it,  Apivar is sub-lethal  so contact with it even for hours would not expect to produce a dead mite.   Quite differnt from OA or Formic which are contact killers.
