Foundation in the UK costs about as much today as it did 20 years ago when I
began beekeeping so there is less incentive to make your own.  There are more
profitable uses for surplus wax.  It is not difficult to make your own
foundation press at minimal cost if you want to make your own. Ask me for
details if you are interested.
