Will steam kill Amecican Foulbrood spores?

I know that simple boiling won't do it, so neither would atmospheric pressure
steam at 100 C. I haven't heard of anyone trying higher pressure steam in
an autoclave; my guess is that it would work but would also be rough on the
woodenware.
