Honeydew honey

Does anybody know how to differentiate (chemically,
physically, organoleptically, etc.) fir honeydew honey (Abies alba), from
spruce honeydew honey (Picea abies). If these two kinds of honey are
mixed, does exist any method for proofing amount of one in another. Does
exist literature or official methods
 for determining honeydew honey sources.
