Hi Gary, it's not posted, but I'm happy to mail you a copy.  It's a work in
progress, and I'm currently working on a newer version.

Any miticide treatment that kills only phoretic mites (such as oxalic acid
vaporization) when there is brood present won't show much efficacy until
after several weekly applications.

If your weather conditions permit, dribbling is likely a more effective way
to get the OA well distributed throughout the colony. And safer for the
operator.
