Nice stuff. Oxalic acid is corrosive to tissue. When ingested, oxalic acid
removes calcium from the blood. etc...

Come on Peter.  At what concentrations?

There is OA in food which we eat. The list is fairly long and, my guess is
you ate some today. Hard to evade it. One of the highest concentrations is
in parsley.
