I was about to say classic clover, but clover has more of a cinamon flavor
than minty.  Perhaps this is a difference in our palates.  With the moist
conditions in upstate NY this year the clover flow was excellent.  Last tear
with the drought conditions the clover dried up before the bees could get
any.
