The real problem with that report is the same as most others on Noenics,  no baseline.   What were the pyrethroid levels of 20 years ago?  what will they be should we return?  maybe some of those EU samples under partial ban might be representive(not sure)  but it is clear they made no attempt to tell the whole story.
