On the other hand....
 
        Have you ever been in a dark hall, for instance, while a closed door,
not quite down to the floor in length, has a light on in the room on the
other side of the door?  I expect if you were to lie down at eye level
to the opening, you might see quite a lot of the contents of the room.
(Walk a mile in the other's moccasins?)  From the perspective of the bee
walking on the bottom board, there may indeed be quite a lot of light
there.  There could even be a special odor, to signal these particular
bees to come to the light, to get the message??  There is so much we do
not know.....That's what makes it so interesting.
