Noticing that Peter is north of me, I pasted 52.144442, -1.503509 into 
Google Earth and was taken to a spot out in a field with no beehives 
visible, so then I pasted 51°33'37.58"N  113°18'54.24"W into GE and 
landed right on my house.

I realise that the format is different, but I wonder why?

Posting coordinates in sigs is fun and allows u to see where the message 
is coming from.
