Jerry, in your message of 2 July you mentioned that Howard Evans was
the motivating force behind the development of a solar powered
infra-red transmitter that can be carried by a bee.  I saw it
pictured several years ago, but a letter of inquiry was not answered.
Do you know if the transmitter worked, and is it available?
