  Can anyonecomment on bee's behavior where they fully cap honey (full frames) and when pulledthe moisture is 19%.  I understand theweather/nectar/humidity etc. but the bees just go ahead and fully cap cellshoney that is >19%.  I am interestedin the how’s & whys of this- bees capping honey that could potentiallyferment for them.
