Hi all,
 
        I am looking at purchasing my first uncapping knife and need some
advice from some of you experienced beekeepers. From what I can see I can
choose between a standard 10" electric knife (Pierces Thermostat Knife), a
10" electric knife which is adjustable  or the electric uncapping plane. I
am leaning towards the Electric hand plane, any pros or cons out there ?
