I actually don't understand that chart myself, now that I look at it.  Maybe 
Medhat or Randy knows.  The chart is at

My understanding is that when drenching, the advice is to to use the mixing 
instructions on the bottle and not to use a concentrated dose, even though 
less syrup is used.
