Answer from Oberdorf pumps

Honey at 30 C has a viscosity of 2,000-3,000 centipoise (cps) at which
point your motor speed must not exceed 600 RPM that will get you 7-8 GPM.
You will need a 1 ½ Hp motor depending on the pipe size coming of the
discharge side of the pump. If the pipe is smaller than 1” then you might
want to go with 2 hp motor. You can buy a motor with a 3:1 gear reducer
that will get you a constant 600 RPM motor speed, this will eliminate human
error.
