From Wikipedia:
"Acetic acid is one of the simplest carboxylic acids (the
second-simplest, next to formic acid)."

So my question is, "Might formic acid be as effective as acetic acid to
fumigate equipment to kill Nosema spores?" I ask because it's not easy
for small/mid-sized operations to come by the proper quantity and
concentration of acetic acid for fumigation.

I was thinking the plastic covers for Ross Rounds would make good
containers to hold the CH3COOH but I am not sure if the plastic will
react with the CH3COOH. Does anyone know?

Hard data please, not opinions.

Aaron Morris - I think, therefore I bee!
