I'm headed down to Jamaica immediately after Easter to do a week-long medical mission trip in Caron Hall, St. Mary's Parish.  I'll spend a few days in Montego Bay following.

I've been there before and asked the natives about beekeepers.  They all inform me (based on their perspective) that I don't want anything to do with those "white boxes."

I try and tell them I do, and that I presently keep bees.  That's when they think I've lost my mind.  And some days...well, they may be right.

Does anyone know of any Jamaican beekeepers who would entertain a curious American for a day?
