Seems to be rising.
 
Was 94c CAD, then 97c CAD, now $1.00 CAD for water white, mixed flowers.
Add 5c for high clover
 
Currency conversion: $1 CAD = ~ US $0.7175
or                             $1 US =  ~$1.39 CAD
