I don't see any link btw pesticides and CCD based on this paper.   Don't 
confuse CCD with pesticide effects, the author doesn't.
 
Also, this may be a new way of trying to look at the data, but its not new  
research - its based on published reports.
 
I am bothered by the selective use of papers  - its a dangerous game  for a 
stats person to preselect the data, decide which data is  'true'.
 
Meta-Analysis is an approach used in epidemiology, medicine - when looking  
at hundreds of papers - this is a VERY small set of papers to be subjected 
to  'meta' analysis, and with small data sets, excluding any can have a 
large effect  on the results.
