  But no need to change to a new one every few years as mites develop
resistance to each synthetic.   Please don't read that as a condemnation of
"synthetic"--it has to do with simple rather than complex modes of action,
to which the mites have an easier time evolving resistance.

It's much easier to control varroa with any product if you use bees that
are inherently resistant to the mite to some extent.
