Mike Moriarty has some excellent photographs from the book at
http://www.kohala.net/bees/#anchor400987

Apparently he contact the author who was very gracious and pleased to have
the photographs more widely distributed - a refreshing attitude.

Hansen's book is one of the best for visual identification of bee pests and
diseases...
