Jerry;

I charge $50 per hive within 25 miles and there is strong demand from
cucumber and seedless watermelon growers. However, $50 is not worth it for
me so I gave away most of my contracts. The wear and tear on me, my truck,
and the bees is not justified by $50. The growers resist price increases,
so I just decided to resist the pollination fee. I am thinking any
reduction of stress on my bees has got to help, and it definitely helps the
beekeeper.
