A better question is whether a 70 ft. move is going to help at all with your
bear problem.  Unless you are moving into a barricade, I doubt it.  If you
have a flow on the bear can smell your hives from a lot farther away than
that.  It'll be back.

The only viable solution I am aware of is an electric fence.  It worked like
a charm for me.
