Yes.  That is exactly what I think. People have no way of knowing or
comparing and the powers that be are more interested in regulating,
punishing and inhibiting beekeepers than dealing with what is a
difficult and somewhat dangerous matter to comprehend.

As for the Honey Council, they are a political body and unable to do
much of anything but put on a happy face.  They are part of the problem, 
not the solution.

As for Bayer, I don't think they or any of the pesticide manufacturers
are villains.  I believe they are doing the best they can, just like the
rest of us.
