Hi all
I received the following from Jennifer Sass at NRDC:

> The clothianidin lawsuit was about process. Failure to provide an opportunity for notice and public comment. We won. EPA provided a public comment period. We commented. EPA’s decision didn’t change. But, now EPA does notice and public comment its conditional registrations – which at least gives us a chance to say things that they will ignore, and more importantly, it lets us know what they are up to before they do it.
