Hello? Have you not been paying attention! I wrote extensively on Bee Breeding in the ABJ this summer. Some things can be done and some can't. You can't breed pigs that fly or people that can dodge bullets. Mite resistance is a matter of degrees, like anything else. I bought the best mite resistant bees on the market. That hive was the first in the yard to go over the limit, and it was started from a package.
