I would suggest the VENDORS have switch.  Most serious commercials are buying from Shasitina and others at a much lower price.  Mann Lake still has commercial sales,  but you have to call,  and they are not super competive.
I think the Dadant's and Kellys and blue sky are focused on the retail side with little or no interest in the large QTY  low margin stuff.

So,  100% agree with your thought!
