Jim was right, review/decision by editor does not consitute peer review, which is
usually anonymous and by 2 or more other scientists.

ABJ does have one "Apicultural Research" section that IS peer reviewed.  The
impact index (published by ISI {http://www.thomsonisi.com} to measure how often a
journal is cited by scientists) is rather low, of course, for this journal.  But the fact that
it gets even listed by SCI is a pleasent surprise.
