Welcome to the world of the hive! A very good book for the novice beekeeper
is "The Queen and I" by Edward A. Weiss. I used this book 10 years ago when
I started beekeeping. The reason I liked it was because it took you step by
step through each season of beekeeping. I can be ordered through any of the
large beekeeping suppliers. I keep bees here in CT and I also have a sideline
bee removal buissness (from buildings) that keeps me busy in the spring and
summer. If I can be of any help to you and answer any questions please feel
free to e-mail me at [log in to unmask]
