my question would be: what kind of breastfeeding it was?
I remember in 2000 (I have this memory because I had had a phone
conversation on this topic that year), one used to say mixed feeding or
understand breastfeeding + formula enhanced the transmission of HIV.  And
the problem came from the formula.

So it could be interesting to see what kind of breastfeeding it was in
those 2 studies; because in a lot of countries, breastfeeding is absolutely
not exclusive....
